I have just begun the study of panoramic photography. Lately, technology has given photography a shot of steroids whereby the photographer can capture a fuller representation of panoramas, to hopefully, let the viewer examine the image in great detail.
There is a website, gigapan.org where individuals can view this remarkable new development in the advancement of photography. I am but a novice at this, but have been trying to teach myself this new technology.
More panos will emerge as I undertake this course of study. Unfortunately, at this point, it is more research from an infinte number of crumbs here and there on the Interwebs. But I will get there at some point.
